durch ein Management Buy-Out des Geschäftsführers Dr. Matthias Möseler
aus der britischen Serco Group plc herausgelöst. Die Serco GmbH heißt seit dem steep GmbH.

On the 1st July 2012, Serco Group plc (Serco), the international services company, disposed of the majority of its operations in
Germany through the sale of Serco GmbH in a transaction with its local management team.
