Serco’s accredited EMC centres in Bonn und Ottobrunn offer the highest levels of expertise throughout the whole EMC sector.
They have been accredited by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle Technik (DATech) in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 and by the Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (BSI). Serco’s test centres are able to generate very high field strengths and cover a test frequency range from zero to 40 GHz.
Serco has been successfully offering advice to clients for over 35 years from all areas of industry and conducts tests at equipment and system levels in accordance with virtually all civilian, military and manufacturer-specific standards and requirements. At the calibration laboratory in Ottobrun accredited by the Deutsche Kalibrierdienst (DKD), field strength measuring probes and clip-on current transformers are calibrated in accordance with standards set by the Physikalisch Technischen Bundesanstalt in Braunschweig (PTB) and the National Physics Laboratory in England (NPL). Field strength measuring probes up to 18 GHz are handled.
