Corporate Responsibility
Our values are founded on the belief that to remain successful over the long term we must deal fairly, openly and honestly with our key stakeholders –employees, customers, investors and the wider community. To sustain our values, and bring them to life in the way we do business, we have developed a robust corporate responsibility model and strategy. These feed into our strategies on health and safety, people, community and the environment, ensuring a seamless and consistent approach.
Corporate responsibility has always been important to us. It underpins our culture and values, which are unique to Serco and help distinguish us in our markets. It is not an add-on: we’ve embedded it in the Serco Management System, which shapes the way we run our business. And it is overseen by our Corporate Assurance Group, which reports directly to the group board and takes an integrated view of all aspects of our corporate governance, risk management, health and safety, and social responsibility.
In this section of the website you can learn about our public service ethos, our corporate responsibility model, the Serco Foundation and our awards for corporate responsibility performance.
